Refund & Return Policy

At Tote Buddies, we take pride in creating thoughtful accessories designed to make your favorite totes more functional and beautiful. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned that show signs of use, wear, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
